After Sales Service / Appointment

If you wish to replace your RedLine thread or send your jewelry to After-Sales Service, several options are available to you:

> Schedule an appointment for After-Sales Service.
With a confirmed appointment, we will repair your jewelry on-site to the extent possible. We limit repairs to two items per appointment. If you have more than two pieces of jewelry to repair, you will need multiple appointments.

Appointments can only be made online by clicking on the following link:

> Drop off your jewelry.

The RedLine boutique, located at 167 rue Saint Honoré, is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. You will be contacted within 7 days to pick up your items.

> Send your jewelry by mail.

By registered mail or insured declared value mail to the following address:
SAV RedLine, 182 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris – France – +33 1 44 88 02 08

Include:

– The completed After-Sales Service form  ->     After-Sales Service Form
– A copy of your certificate of authenticity along with the payment.

The processing and repair time is eight weeks.
